Fast National ratings for Monday, May 18, 2015.
The latest season premiere for “The Bachelorette” helped ABC push past NBC and “The Voice” to win Monday among young viewers, while the first part of the “Dancing with the Stars” finale helped CBS win Monday overall.
Among other notables, “2 Broke Girls,” “Mike & Molly” and “NCIS: Los Angeles” were both up in their latest season finales, while the series finales for “Stalker” and “The Following” were both down.
And The CW played a little how-low-can-you-go game with an airing of the film “Celeste & Jesse Forever.”

Among adults 18-49, ABC averaged a 2.2 rating for Monday night, edging out NBC's 2.1 rating in the key demographic. CBS was third with a 1.5 key demo rating, topping the 0.9 key demo rating for FOX. The CW averaged a 0.1 key demo rating for the night.
Overall, ABC averaged an estimated 9.53 million viewers and a 6.2 rating/10 share for Monday primetime, beating the 5.6/10 and 9.17 million viewers for NBC. CBS was third with a 4.9/8 and 7.9 million viewers. There was a big drop to FOX's 1.9/3 and 3.1 million viewers and then to the 514,000 viewers and 0.3/1 for The CW.
8 p.m. – “Dancing with the Stars” led the 8 p.m. hour overall with 14.11 million viewers, finishing second with a 2.2 rating among adults 18-49, compared to the 10.53 million viewers and 2.5 key demo rating for NBC's “The Voice.” CBS was third with finales for “2 Broke Girls” (7.615 million and a 2.0 key demo) and “Mike & Molly” (7.75 million and a 1.8 key demo). The first hour of FOX's “The Following” finale averaged 3.1 million viewers and a 1.0 key demo rating. The CW's “Celeste & Jesse Forever” averaged 552,000 viewers and a 0.2 key demo rating.
9 p.m. – “The Voice” won the 9 p.m. hour with 11.57 million viewers and a 2.6 rating among adults 18-49 for NBC. ABC's “The Bachelorette” averaged 7.67 million viewers and a 2.2 key demo rating for second. CBS' “Stalker” finale averaged 6.82 million viewers and a 1.2 key demo rating, beating the 3.09 million viewers and 0.9 key demo rating for FOX's “The Following” finale. The CW's movie averaged 475,000 viewers and a 0.1 key demo rating.
10 p.m. – The season finale for “NCIS: Los Angeles” averaged 9.18 million viewers to win the 10 p.m. hour, coming in second with a 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 for CBS. ABC's “The Bachelorette” was second with 6.81 million viewers and won the hour with a 2.1 key demo rating. NBC's “The Night Shift” averaged 5.42 million viewers and a 1.2 key demo rating for third.
