Violent rhetoric and literal violence has been escalating at Trump rallies over recent weeks, with no pacification in sight. On one hand, Trump denounced the violence that broke out amongst his supporters and protesters in Chicago and elsewhere, but he has also seemingly incited various acts of violence at rallies supporting his presidency. In February, Trump said the following about a protester in Iowa:
“Knock the crap out of him, okay? I promise you I will pay for the legal fees, I promise, I promise.”
Various reports of his supporters, including the white supremacist variety, have also formed a dark cloud over his campaign. This reputation hasn’t been lessened by a Chicago supporter making a Nazi salute.

Granted, she was reportedly trying to make a point that Trump is not Hitler, but that point wasn’t well articulated with the whole “sieg heil” thing. Now, days after Trump was shut down in Chicago, a Trump rally is once again is making headlines after a supporter of his told protesters to, “go to Auschwitz.”
Surely, this person knows the historical implications of his statement, but does he really believe those words? The entire Trump circus cannot even begin to be understood at this point.
