Apparently the big talking point about California is about the statewide drought. Between the usage restrictions and this toilet-to-tap thing they got going on, us East Coasters have it pretty good with our baths and car washes.
So when The Daily Show correspondent and Cali native Al Madrigal was flown out to talk about the water shortage, he took full advantage of New York’s water freedom. It got so bad in the studio that he took a stroll around Manhattan to “paint the town wet.”
