Weekend Preview: The Battle Of The Bastards Is Coming On ‘Game Of Thrones’

Game of Thrones (HBO, Sunday 9 p.m.) – It’s time, people. Get your popcorn ready, Bastard Bowl 2016 is here and sh*t is about to go down. In one corner we have Ramsay Bolton, the sick, twisted a-hole who murdered his own father, fed his baby brother to the dogs and, in general, is just a terrible guy. In the other, Jon Snow, former Commander of the Night’s Watch who, we have to say, is starting to become quite the badass (maybe it has something to do with that whole coming-back-from-the-dead thing). Who will win? Jon Snow, obviously, but we’re pretty sure at least one fan favorite character might kick the bucket tonight. (Please don’t let it be Tormund. He’s got a date with Brienne planned.) As long as Ramsay dies in the most gruesome, disgusting way imaginable — think worse than the eye-popping manner in which Oberyn Martell ended —we’re good.
