When I eventually pass away and am buried in this Earth, I’m plenty fine with the idea of my friends dedicating one of their car back windshields to my memory; I think it would be a fitting homage to the life I’ve lived. Of course, if anyone ever wanted to send me off in style with a 320,000 firecracker salute, well hell, that wouldn’t be too bad either.
Thanks to YouTube user leopardhannibal, footage has surfaced of a recent dedication service honoring one of his fallen family members through the explosive nostalgia of Chinese gunpowder. Described simply enough as “320,000 firecrackers, a memorial to a family member” the 1:29 clip has already received nearly a quarter million views since Sunday -that’s officially 319,999 more clicks than the video I uploaded of myself singing Peter Frampton’s Breaking All the Rules.
