Hacker collective Anonymous, who previously outed members of the Ku Klux Klan, has responded to the attacks in Paris, warning ISIS to “get prepared.” In a recently released video, a man in a Guy Fawkes mask declared that they’re launching their “biggest operation” ever against the extremist militant group, who claimed responsibility for the tragedy in Paris that left 129 dead.
“Expect massive cyber attacks. War is declared. Get prepared,” says the masked man in French. “Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down. You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go. We will launch the biggest operation ever against you.” (Via Time)
The videos have been uploaded in multiple languages.
Make no mistake: #Anonymous is at war with #Daesh. We won't stop opposing #IslamicState. We're also better hackers. #OpISIS

According to #OpParis, more than 3,000 ISIS-related Twitter accounts have been taken down; Anonymous has also discovered and destroyed secret donation pages on the dark web for the terrorist group. This isn’t the first time the hacktivists have threatened ISIS, or as they’re calling it, Daesh (they like it, because ISIS hates it). After the Charlie Hebdo attacks, they promised, “We will track you down — every last one — and will destroy you. You allowed yourselves to kill innocent people, we will therefore avenge their deaths.”
