Well, folks, half-tuck that shirt and get ready to steal some priceless artifacts, because the latest entry in the Uncharted series had a release date, and it’s probably a lot sooner than you were expecting. Most gamers suspected Naughty Dog’s latest would be a holiday 2016 title, but it turns out that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is coming out in the Spring of 2016 on March 18.
Of course, Uncharted 4 will have the requisite fancy-pants editions. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Special Edition will feature a copy of the game, a steelbook case, 48-page art book, some rad stickers and Naughty Dog points, which you can redeem to get some of the game’s DLC for free.
The Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Libertalia Collector’s Edition contains everything in the Special Edition, as well as 12-inch Nathan Drake statue, a PS4 theme and a bunch of exclusive outfits and character skins.
The two limited edition versions of Uncharted 4 are actually fairly reasonably priced. The regular special edition will cost $80 USD, and the Collector’s edition will cost $120. So, anybody going to shell out for one of these Uncharted 4 packages? Considering the special edition is only $20 more expensive than the regular version of the game, I’m almost, sorta, kinda tempted.
