Just because 2015 is long over doesn”t mean the Back to the Future festivities have to end.

The first annual Back to the Future Fan Celebration will gather enthusiasts of the 1985 movie to the parking lot of Twin (Lone) Pines Mall, a.k.a. Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry, CA.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 25, 2016 (which BttF fanatics know is the 31st anniversary of the fateful day of the world”s first temporal displacement) and will run from 4 p.m. to 1:16 a.m. (the time Marty arrived at Twin Pines Mall to meet Doc).

The organizers are saying more information on the event is yet to come, but in a release sent to press today, they”ve promised celebrity autographs, live “80s music, food trucks, contests, DeLoreans on display, and an outdoor screening of Back to the Future.

The Fan Celebration is free to attend, and the intention is that it will be a free event held every year on October 25 in movie”s famed filming location.
