Jon Watts’ Spider-Man: Homecoming isn’t hitting theaters until July 7, 2017 but star Tom Holland is doing a really great job of making everyone love him before then. His visits to children’s hospitals this year have been particularly heartwarming, and this latest is no exception. Because Batman.
Holland, along with his Homecoming co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, visited New York Presbyterian Hospital with the help of Lollipop Theater and have gifted us with this particularly magical moment.
I have to say, as someone who prefers Batman over Spider-Man, I was hoping for something more substantive to support the Dark Knight. That said, note to self: if you’re ever under pressure to answer a very important question, “poo poo” is a great fallback.
It really seems like the cast of the film have a lot of fun together off-screen which makes me think their chemistry (non-romantic!) on-screen is going to be fantastic. Can’t wait for Spider-Man: Homecoming and here’s hoping we see a lot more of these surprises.
