The Copa Sudamericana final between Atletico Nacional and Chapecoense was scheduled to take place in Medellin on Wednesday night. Despite the game’s cancellation after a plane crash that claimed the lives of nearly the entire Chapecoense team and many others, fans showed en masse outside the stadium to offer support.
