Gilbert Arenas has been on a roll lately. He’s making all sorts of headlines, and the sole purpose of this recent media blitz seems to be to remind us that he’s pretty much the worst. Earlier this year, he was under investigation for fraud for allegedly running some sort of credit card scam at a strip club he frequented. Before that, he made brazenly misogynistic comments about WNBA players on his Instagram account. And more recently, he posted video of himself being a world-class jerk to Nick Young’s 3-year-old son.
He was at it again this week in the above video obtained by TMZ. Apparently, his Maybach had a blowout while he was joyriding on his property, and naturally, Gil couldn’t help himself from making some super racist comments about the guys who stopped to help him out (seeing as how he doesn’t know how to change his own tire).
“I know y’all are like ‘where did you find them at?’ Yeah, baby. Ever since Donald Trump said he was gonna send them back, I had to start hiding them motherf*ckers on my land.”
Nice one, Gil. As one of the biggest disappointments in NBA history, Arenas obviously has a lot of free time on his hands, so we probably can’t expect him to go away anytime soon.
