One Of Kentucky’s Latest Star Freshmen Soared Through The Air For A Powerful Jam

You’ll never believe this, but Kentucky hoops has a freshmen class full of dudes who are going to be pros sooner rather than later. The crowned jewel of the class is De’Aaron Fox, who showed why he was a top-10 recruit in the class of 2016 on Tuesday.

Kentucky played Michigan State in Madison Square Garden and ran the Spartans off the court. The final was 69-48 Wildcats. Fox had a solid night – 12 points, six assists, four rebounds, a steal, and a block. Of his 12 points, none were more impressive than this dunk, as the 6-f00t-3 guard took off in transition, cocked his arm back, and threw down.

Fox is likely going to be a star. At the very least, John Calipari thinks the freshman point guard has the potential to be really, really good.

Being fast is one thing. Being faster than John Wall is something else. No pressure, kid.
