‘Until Dawn’ Has A Release Date And Trailer Featuring Peter Stormare And Many Doomed Teenagers

Until Dawn is one of the more intriguing games on the way for the PS4. There’s a chance it could be terrible, but it’s certainly technologically impressive, and it really captures the vibe of lousy ’80s/’90s teen horror movies. I suppose you could question whether that’s something to be proud of.

Well, we won’t have to wait too much longer to find out if Until Dawn is any good, as the game is coming out on August 25. Just in time for some final summer sleepovers! Sony has also announced that everybody’s favorite insane Swede, Peter Stormare, will be joining a cast that also includes Hayden Panettiere (Heroes, Nashville), Brett Dalton (Agents of SHIELD), and Nichole Bloom (Shameless).

I dunno, I know I hedged my bets above but I’m actually kind of hyped for this game. A crappy horror movie simulator is something that’s pretty firmly in my wheelhouse. What about you folks?
