Ryan Murphy is still messing with us with the numerous possibly-fake American Horror Story teasers but at least with Fox's Scream Queens promos, we have some real fun. This new trailer features all the campy horror schticks that were around in the first season, from clandestine make-out sessions to creepy surprises – like Lea Michele donning a Hannibal Lector mask.
Keke Palmer also makes her first re-appearnce as a doctor wheeling around Emma Roberts' character until they arrive to find a chained-up and masked Lea Michele.
Scream Queens premieres on September 20.
