‘Legends of Tomorrow’ gets official release date, extended new trailer

The previously announced “Flash”/”Arrow” spin off show, “Legends of Tomorrow” finally has a release date and a new, extended series trailer.

“Legends of Tomorrow” will premiere on The CW at 8/9C on Thursday January 21, 2016. The series will be introduced on the upcoming “Flash”/”Arrow” crossover event December 1 and 2, and will run for 15 episodes. The show will follow the journey of eight heroes: The A.T.O.M., Heatwave, Captain Cold, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Firestorm, White Canary and Rip Hunter, as they attempt to stop Vandal Savage from taking over the entire planet.
