We've got a new trailer for The Secret Life of Pets, and Louis C.K. is definitely the star.
C.K. voices Max, a dog living a seemingly happy life in New York City, who suddenly gets a “brother”: a large dog named Duke (voiced by Eric Stonestreet), who promptly takes over. Max tries to get Duke out of his life for good, Duke retaliates, and both dogs end up being taken away by Animal Control. And then, for reasons not revealed in the trailer, they're rescued by some kind of gang leader bunny named Snowball (Kevin Hart). Meanwhile, their apartment-dwelling pet friends desperately search for them.
It's a fun little trailer, but I'll warn you right now: it's got a Macklemore song in it.
The Secret Life of Pets comes out on July 8.
