Jeffrey Dean Morgan is playing two big villains next year: 1) the sadistic Negan in “The Walking Dead Season 6 – Part 2” and 2) this gun-toting lunatic in writer/director Jose “Alfonso's son” Cuaron's harrowing illegal immigrant thriller “Desierto”:
This looks interesting. It's edited like the trailer for a horror film, despite grappling with a real-life situation (that German Shepherd is more terrifying than anything in “Insidious”). Also, am I the only one who initially thought that those poor immigrants were being knocked over by something supernatural instead of actual bullets? Because it did look like that, at first?
“Desierto” is slated for release on March 4th.
