Labor Day is a federal holiday from 1894 meant to celebrate the economic and social contributions of workers. Also, it involves unions, and stuff. I’ve long had a suspicion that absolutely no one actually knows what the heck Labor Day is, or at least not any of the goofballs I’m friends with. So I had some of the funniest people I know come in and surprised-attacked them with questions about this September holiday.
And guess what? Only TWO people compared me to Jay Leno during this whole process, which is as clear a sign of success as I’ve ever gotten.
