See the ‘Portlandia’ sketch the FBI is using as a training tool

Don’t worry, America: you are in good hands. For the FBI has decided that the surrealistic sketch show “Portlandia” is a good training tool for its top operatives. Specifically, the Bureau contacted show creators Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein to ask permission to screen the sketch “Sanitation Twins” in one of its advanced intelligence classes. Fred and Carrie granted permission, although they were never told why, exactly, the FBI wanted this sketch about a pair of sanitation workers giving tips on recycling.

Three questions:

1. What the fuck?

2. The FBI has to ask permission to screen a 2-minute video?

3. What the hell?
