Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have a very definitive style for their movie universe and that style is “gritty.” Sepia tones permeate the new teaser in which a captured Batman is subjected to the tender of mercy of a superhero jokingly referred to as the “Boy Scout” in other versions of the multiverse.
Boy Scouts sure are angry in this universe.
