The search is over and the Trollhunters have found their voices.
Guillermo del Toro today announced the voice cast for his upcoming animated Netflix series Trollhunters. At the Annecy Animation Festival, he revealed that Anton Yelchin, Kelsey Grammer and Ron Perlman will join the show, this according to Deadline.
The series is about two friends who unearth a mystery underneath their hometown. Yelchin will play Jim, an average teenager who makes the initial discovery. Grammer plays Blinky, a troll who becomes friends with Jim, while Perlman will voice Bular, an evil troll.
Del Toro has a very busy schedule these days. In addition to Trollhunters, the writer/producer/director is working on The Shape of Water and Pacific Rim: Maelstrom, with other projects like Pinocchio and Hellboy 3 percolating as well.
Trollhunters is slated for a December 2016 release.
