Will This Dude Fit in with the Kingsman: The Golden Circle Cast?

Kingsman: The Secret Service director Matthew Vaughn is currently prepping his sequel, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, and we're getting fun casting announcements periodically through social media. This morning, another actor joined the crew and it looks like he really likes his liquor.

Taron Egerton will be returning to lead the cast as Eggsy and while many who saw Kingsman: The Secret Service assumed Colin Firth wouldn't be returning for the sequel, that was seemingly debunked by a tweet. Channing Tatum's involvement was also announced via Twitter.

And it looks like the studio is keeping with that method of revealing the film's cast as Jeff Bridges sent this tweet out this morning.

“The only golden circle I want vexing me is the one my glass leaves behind on the table,” it reads. That's so The Dude it hurts. Bridges was recently seen voicing The Aviator in the fantastic animated feature, The Little Prince, and currently has the crime drama Hell or High Water on the way with Ben Foster and Chris Pine.

Written by Vaughn and Jane Goldman, Kingsman: The Golden Circle will also include Halle Berry as the head of the CIA (aka Statesman, the US equivalent of Kingsman), Julianne Moore as the main villain, Mark Strong and Sophie Cookson returning as Merlin and Roxy, Game of Thrones' Pedro Pascal in a new role, and apparently at least a cameo by Sir Elton John.

It's been a long time since Tommy….. #Kingsman
