Report: Mark Zuckerberg & Sean Parker Seen Drunkenly Screaming At Each Other Outside L.A. Club

This is just funny as hell to me: Mark Zuckerberg outside of some douchey L.A. club in screaming match with Sean Parker over Spotify. It’s especially funny because of the inclusion of club scenes in the Social Network. Aaron Sorkin nailed it even harder than we thought he did, apparently, and now he has a scene ready-made for a sequel, according to the New York Post.

Sources tell us the pair, whose complicated relationship was highlighted in “The Social Network,” got into an alcohol-fueled argument over Facebook’s partnership deal with Spotify.

One source told us, “Sean and Mark had done the big Spotify launch and headed to The Beverly to party. They spent a lot of money on alcohol, and as the night went on they got into an intense discussion, which turned into a loud argument as they left.”

According to the witness, “Sean argued that all Spotify users should not be forced to sign up for a Facebook account, but Mark wouldn’t budge. It was a full on screaming match outside the club, but stopped short at coming to blows. They then stormed off in different directions.” The partnership has boosted Spotify subscribers but irked some who don’t want their music choices broadcast on Facebook.

Another source said, “Sean gets very intense and can be loud. These guys have been through a lot together. They have passionate discussions and strong opinions. Their partnership has given Spotify a lot of subscribers.

Now, I have no doubt that this probably happened, but I have a strong feeling that the Post’s “source” is Sean Parker himself, or someone close to him. It seems as though he has a PR team now or something. After all, Parker’s suddenly been much more visible than he’s been in the past of late, likely to drum up buzz for a blog he’s launching. The mystery man has had a couple of big magazine profiles done on him recently, and he even opened a Twitter account so he can weigh in on Occupy Wall Street, among other things…

It’s not all about partying, dude. I’ll let Tyler Coates school you about that below.
