So relieved there were no serious injuries, but what a scary ending! #WHSAmericanPie #Westfield pic.twitter.com/VMsRlBZLDT

Westfield High School was putting on its annual “American Pie” show, a school-wide concert that chooses one decade of music to perform, when the stage collapsed underneath about two dozen students. After the nasty spill into the orchestra pit, most of those students were taken to the hospital for injuries, one of whom was said to be in critical condition.
According to the Indy Star, everyone is okay and out of the hospital. No one was injured too badly, but it was still a pretty scary and crappy way to end a school year.
Some of the hundreds of onlookers actually thought the collapse was part of the show, but the ensuing chaos convinced them otherwise.

Like I said, everyone is okay. Maybe a teensy bit too soon to make jokes, but everyone is okay. Poor kids.
