He’s been hinting at it in interviews for years, but according to a few sources, Eddie Murphy allegedly got back on stage after 25 years and performed 10 minutes of material at L.A.’s Comedy Store.

The Store is a haven for the who’s who in comedy, and someone on Murphy’s level to perform there is no surprise. What’s being reported in several places is that the big-name performer was actually Eddie Murphy. His two stand-up specials, Raw and Delirious, are legendary. Does this mean we will we finally see another stand-up special?
That is the biggest understatement in entertainment. RT @TheComedyStore: You never know who will pop in at The Store…

Murphy is set to star as Richard Pryor’s father in his biopic, so it seems like “the comeback” is in full-court mode, if these reports are correct, but nothing has been confirmed.
