Happy Go Topless Day! Here’s A Female Journalist Going Shirtless During An Interview With The Mayor

That mayor’s thinking the same thing we all are: where did reporter Lori Welbourne find such a feathery pen?

Lori Welbourne, who writes a column for the Province newspaper, was asking Kelowna Mayor Walter Gray about whether a woman going topless in public would be arrested, in anticipation of Go Topless Day. About halfway through her questions, however, Welbourne handed the microphone to the mayor and got a little more comfortable…Gray told Welbourne that although many people would be tempted to call the police if they saw a topless woman, there would be little the police could do.

“So I can go topless here in Kelowna?” Welbourne asked the visibly uncomfortable mayor.

“Well, evidently,” said Gray. “I’m not suggesting you should do that but I don’t think you’d be committing any crime or breaking any bylaw.” (Via)

“MORE LIKE WALTER GAY FOR NOT STARING AT HER BEWBS,” replied every YouTube commenter ever.
