Japan is a wonderful place where anything is possible. For example, you can go to a coffee shop in Osaka that is the home to several owls. The place is called Hukulou Coffee and if you didn’t want to go there already, you will after you see this: not only do they have owls, but a kitten named Marimo, too.
Marimo the kitten is best friends with fellow coffeehouse dweller Fuku the owlet, and they love to hang out together. Check out some pictures and videos of the two:

Ugh, so adorable. Japan sure does corner the market on cuteness. Why can’t we have owl cafes? Health codes and animal welfare laws, you say? Party pooper.
