‘Unbreakable’ In Real Life: Watch This Miracle Boy Walk Off After Getting Run Over By A Van

This isn’t something you see every day (or ever, really, outside of an M. Night Shyamalan film). A young boy crossing the street is run over and dragged several feet by a van, but instead of being bloodied and broken, he gets up and walks off unscathed.

The video’s a bit blurry, but it’s amazing nonetheless. A boy is crossing the street when a white van (isn’t it always?) hits him from behind and rolls over him, not even stopping to make sure he’s okay. Surprisingly, the boy gets up and starts walking around, which isn’t something you usually expect from the victim of a hit-and-run. In fact, bystanders have to hold him back from walking off. Okay, what’s this kid’s body made of, and how can we get some?

The Mirror reports that the incident took place in the Philippines, and police are now searching for the driver. The boy, who hasn’t been identified, was taken to the hospital, where doctors were shocked to discover that he’d suffered only non-threatening injuries.

You know what this means, right? Somewhere out there, a supervillain is biding his time until this kid is old enough to make a formidable foe.
