Happy #CincoDeMayo! The best taco bowls are made in Trump Tower Grill. I love Hispanics! https://t.co/ufoTeQd8yA pic.twitter.com/k01Mc6CuDI

On Wednesday, Donald Trump will rally in Arizona for a planned speech on immigration. Ahead of that event, he will pop over to Mexico for a surprise meeting — and a hastily announced one to boot — with the deeply unpopular President Enrique Peña Nieto. Trump will have a full entourage in tow, which will (curiously) include former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. One person who will probably not to be in attendance is former Mexico President Vicente Fox, who has been feuding with the Republican nominee over the “f*cking wall.”
The visit itself should be perfectly awkward, given that Trump has fashioned the Wall into his only consistent platform point. However, the internet does not forget about Trump’s ridiculous Cinco de Mayo tweet, which featured the infamous taco bowl with an “I love Hispanics!” caption. Nor have people neglected to remember Trump’s characterization of Mexicans as rapists and drug dealers, but that’s politics, baby.
How does the internet feel about hearing of this surprise visit? Let’s just say that folks are both gloriously happy and completely disgusted. We’ll begin with Jamil Smith of MTV News, who points out how Trump hasn’t visited a predominately black community, but he’s completely down with hopping on his private jet to Mexico.
Trump has run for president for more than a year without once visiting a predominantly black community. But he'll go to Mexico on a whim.

Beyond this valid point, Twitter is on the case with ideas of what could happen when Trump steps foot in the country he appears to abhor.

Looking forward to photo of Trump wearing a sombrero and eating a taco bowl in Mexico. (Do they have taco bowls there?)

Wait, if all 300 million or so of us get together we can build that wall in like two hours while Trump is in Mexico.

Trump: I met him. He's gonna pay for the wall.
Nieto: I never said that.
Trump: He has to say that, of course *wink*

There’s also a lovely photo comparison between Trump’s taco bowl and the notorious Michael Dukakis tank moment that may have been the nail in a previous campaign coffin. Finally, the internet has hopes that this — dare I say — historic visit will bring memes for years to come.
In all honesty I hope something really embarrassing happens to Trump in Mexico and it becomes a meme for years
