It’s the end of a very dizzy era, folks.
According to PWInsider, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T underwent surgery this past weekend on his elbow, leading to the tough decision:

The WWE commentator had to have surgery on the same arm back in 2013 to “repair a partial distal triceps tear in his left arm.” The injury came after he spunaroonied a bit too hard on the stage at Madison Square Garden during his Hall of Fame induction in 2013.
Booker T’s former manager and real-life wife Sharmell has been keeping fans posted on his recovery via her Instagram account:
No rest for the weary – or the hospitalized. Watching @realityofwrestling from his hospital bed. #ThisShowRocks! @bookertfivex @bookertfightsforkids
Thanks for all the prayers and support! Booker is home and doing well :)
Booker T was forced to miss the Raw pre-show Monday night due to the surgery. There’s been no further update as to when he’ll be resuming his analyst duties.
The Spinaroonie had been Booker T’s signature breakdancing move throughout his career, starting back during his time in the Global Wrestling Federation in the early ’90s:
Since then, he’s gotten other WWE Superstars in on the action, including Christian, Randy Orton, Evan Bourne, and most hilariously, Kane.
