On Monday we shared the vital and definitely completely true claims that 16-time World Champion “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair had sex with Academy Award-winner Halle Berry shortly after her divorce from baseball star David Justice in 1997. This became national news when a man named Goober called into a podcast and wanted to know who a 67-year old pro wrestler had boned.
It became such a conversation that TMZ reached out to Halle Berry’s camp for a comment, and here’s a shocker: Berry’s rep says Halle didn’t have sex with him, and has no idea who he is. Uh, woo?
We reached out to Halle’s camp for comment — and they strongly shut down Flair’s story as bogus.
Sources close to Halle expanded … telling us, “There is NO truth to this! Halle has literally never even heard of him let alone met him!!!”
We’re told Halle is deeply offended by Flair. One source put it this way … “A man doesn’t get to sexualize and lie about a woman he’s never met to better himself or his name. It’s offensive, demeaning and beyond misogynistic.”
Here’s your updated list of theories:
1. Ric Flair had sex with a black woman in 1997 and told him she was Halle Berry, or he was just coked out of his mind and assumed
2. Halle Berry made a bad decision in 1997 and isn’t going to admit it; hell, she isn’t even going to admit watching pro wrestling
3. Ric Flair had sex with Jada Pinkett Smith because she starred in Woo and got his actresses mixed up
4. Pro wrestling podcasts are for Entertainment Purposes Only, and “I had sex with Halle Berry” is Ric Flair’s version of Hulk Hogan’s “Terry Bollea’s dick isn’t 10 inches long, but Hulk Hogan’s is” argument
