WWE Fastlane Results

Xavier Woods and Big E defeated Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev. New Day pinned Rusev with the Midnight Hour.


1. Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) defeated The Miz and Shane McMahon. Miz went for a frog splash and had it reversed into a small package for the loss. After the match, McMahon assaulted Miz, and pie-faced Miz’s dad.

2. Smackdown Women’s Championship Match: Asuka (c) defeated Mandy Rose. Rose slipped on the ring apron while hitting the ropes and got kicked in the face.

3. Handicap Match: The Bar defeated Kofi Kingston. Mr. McMahon told Kofi he was being added to the WWE Championship match, but It turned out to be a 2-on—1 handicap match. New Day tried to help but were attacked by Rusev and Nakamura. The Bar won with an assisted White Noise.

4. Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The Revival (c) defeated Chad Gable and Bobby Roode, and Ricochet and Aleister Black. The Revival retained with a Shatter Machine to Gable. All three teams fought after the match, with Black and Ricochet standing tall.

5. Fatal Four-way for the United States Championship: Samoa Joe (c) defeated Rey Mysterio, Andrade, and R-Truth. Joe retained by submission with a Coquina Clutch on Mysterio.

6. Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Boss-n-Hug Connection (c) defeated Nia Jax and Tamina. Bayley countered a powerbomb with a hurricanrana to pin Jax. After the match, the heels continued their attack and guest commentator Beth Phoenix got involved. Jax and Tamina beat up Phoenix, as well as Natalya, who tried to make the save.


7. Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship: Daniel Bryan (c) defeated Kevin Owens and Mustafa Ali. Ali was added to the match instead of Kingston for some reason. Bryan caught Ali with a running knee to retain the championship. After the match, Rowan claw-slammed Ali.

8. Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair by disqualification. Flair dominated the entire match and had the figure-eight locked in when Ronda Rousey ran in and punched Lynch, causing a DQ.

– Elias appeared throughout the night to trash talk Ohio. Lacey Evans interrupted, which distracted Elias and allowed Randy Orton to hit an RKO. AJ Styles then hit a sneaky Phenomenal Forearm on Orton.

9. The Shield defeated Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley, and Drew McIntyre. Roman Reigns pinned Corbin after a triple powerbomb.
