Gotham actually has surprisingly few episodes until it wraps the season; this week’s will be the 17th episode and we actually probably won’t see any for two months after next week. But hey, until then, we’ve got some Red Hoods to deal with, which we’ll be liveblogging.
Last episode was mostly just weird, although pretty funny since it was essentially about Gordon being a fuddy-duddy and his girlfriend making him do his job. It also underlined that Leslie is a way better character in every respect than Barbara and we need her on the show permanently. You hearing us, Fox?
As you can see from the above preview, a lot’s coming to a head, including Bullock and Gordon running around with machine guns, something I didn’t know I wanted until I saw it. Also, early reviews say this is a more focused episode, leaving aside a lot of the unnecessary incidental characters and instead focusing largely on the villain of the week, Bruce being all Kid Executive, and Fish Mooney’s incredibly weird-ass organ-farm rebellion plotline.
