Well, here is is, the ultimate Pokemon Go story. It involves somebody playing the game in an inappropriate place, a little danger and, yes, another dead body.
Apparently, a man was playing Pokemon Go near the Holocaust Memorial in Rotary Park in downtown Nashua, New Hampshire. In our new Pokemon Go-dominated world that in itself isn’t terribly strange, but according to police, things then took a turn for the macabre.
“Apparently the person was playing this Pokemon game, which led him to an obscure spot. That’s how he came across the victim.”
Said victim, whose identity has not been released, was found floating in Salmon Brook, which runs through the park. Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the man’s death, but have thankfully confirmed the victim had not been playing Pokemon Go before he died. That’s an additional level of irony this story frankly doesn’t need.

As mentioned, this is the second time somebody has stumbled across a corpse while trying to catch ’em all, as something similar happened in Wyoming last week. Turns out when people go outside and actually pay attention to their surroundings, they start discovering some not-so-pleasant things. Pokemon Go safely, kids.
