Say what you want about “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, but at the age of 60 the dude’s still out there hustling. Case in point, the Rowdy One will be making a random appearance on this week’s episode of Undercover Boss.
No, no, don’t worry, Roddy hasn’t opened some ill-conceived Hell Comes to Frogtown-themed restaurant, he’ll be appearing on an episode focusing on Rocket Fizz, a cheesy candy and novelty pop store. One of their products is Rowdy Roddy Piper All Out of Bubblebum soda, so in a completely natural, not-staged development, Roddy shows up to hang out with the founder Rocket Fizz at his house. Kisses are shared, pool cues are broken and Roddy just generally does his Roddy thing.
Man, while we’re on the subject, who else out there desperately wants a WWE episode of Undercover Boss? Vince in a blonde wig and trunks, hanging out in the locker room as promising new rookie Kassius Cannon, dropping innocuous comments about brass rings and millennials – it writes itself. Er, I mean it realities itself because Undercover Boss is real. Yes.
