Kurt Angle is following up his final tour with TNA by wrestling Rey Mysterio, because…sure, why not.
New digital television channel URSHOW.tv is promising to bring you (the royal U) closer to your favorite celebrities than anyone else. The company gives celebrities their own channels featuring on-demand content, such as ‘Bedtime With Busey,’ where Gary Busey reads bedtime stories to children, and ‘Score With Sterger,’ where you assumedly have to prove that your dick is bigger than Brett Favre’s. No, I’m not 100% sure this isn’t just an elaborate parody, either, but here we are.
URSHOW.tv is getting into the fight game this March by hosting UR Fight — an iPPV event in Las Vegas. The special is set to feature “a quadruple main-event” that covers the ‘pillars’ of fight culture. The show includes Ken Shamrock versus Dan Severn representing MMA, and Chael Sonnen and Michael Bisping representing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappling. Roy Jones, Jr. will fight a fan in the name of boxing and the idea that people will do anything for $100,000.
