It looks like the newfound love affair between Shawn Michaels and the Pittsburgh Penguins is in full swing. After discovering the Penguins breakthrough third line of Carl Hagelin, Nick Bonino and Phil Kessel — dubbed the HBK Line — via social media, the original Heartbreak Kid is taking his newfound hockey fandom to Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs:
He's coming! https://t.co/31CfAB9tCH

Look, I’m okay with being irrelevant, that’s why I retired, but you guys made HBK — the HBK line — so relevant right now. It’s been a blast interacting with everybody over Twitter the last couple of days, so I want you to know I’ve got my flight booked to Pittsburgh. Sunday I’m on my way, barring something catastrophic from Mother Nature I’m gonna be there for Game 5.
Pittsburgh currently has a 2-1 lead over the Tampa Bay Lightning heading into Friday night’s Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final. HBK’s namesake line has a combined total of 14 goals this post-season, and look to continue their productivity on Tampa’s home turf. Depending on how things go for the Pens tonight, Game 5 on Sunday could be a series clincher sending them to the Stanley Cup Final yet again. And to do it in front of the original HBK on home ice? Jeez, no pressure there.
