If you watched Sunday’s Money in the Bank event, you know that Dean Ambrose is still not WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He lost his ladder match against Seth Rollins on a “technicality;” both men pulled down the championship and fell to the mat, but when they hit, Rollins retained possession. That means Rollins is still the champ, and Ambrose is still stuck on a never-ending cycle of losing pay-per-view matches.
After the show went off the air, Ambrose got emotional talking to the Columbus, Ohio crowd about the difficulties of life, and how someday he’s going to “fix his leg,” stand up on his own two feet and become WWE Champion. It was a good promo that brought to mind one of the best ever, and one that is on everybody’s minds this week: “Hard Times,” by the late, great Dusty Rhodes.
