WWE Clash of Champions 2016 Results:

Kickoff Match: Nia Jax defeated Alicia Fox. Jax pinned Fox after a Samoan Drop.

1. Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The New Day (c) defeated The Club. Kofi Kingston pinned Karl Anderson after he and Big E hit Midnight Hour.

2. Cruiserweight Championship Match: T.J. Perkins (c) defeated The Brian Kendrick. Perkins defeated Kendrick by submission with a knee-bar. After the match Kendrick hugged TJP, then headbutted him in the neck.

3. Match 7 in a Best of 7 Series: Cesaro vs. Sheamus was a no-contest. Cesaro clotheslined Sheamus over the barricade after a long back-and-forth match, knocking both men into the crowd. Referees stopped the match, escorting Sheamus away. The match was ruled a no contest.

4. Chris Jericho defeated Sami Zayn. Jericho pinned Zayn after a Codebreaker.


5. Triple Threat for the Raw Women’s Championship: Charlotte (c) defeated Bayley and Sasha Banks. Charlotte kicked Bayley into Sasha Banks, knocking Sasha off the ring apron, then booted Bayley in the face and pinned her to retain the championship.

6. United States Championship Match: Roman Reigns defeated Rusev (c). Reigns had the match won with a spear, but Lana pulled the referee out of the ring to stop the count. That got her ejected. Reigns hit another spear to win the United States Championship.

7. Universal Championship Match: Kevin Owens (c) defeated Seth Rollins. Chris Jericho interfered, distracting Rollins for a near-fall. Rollins had the match won with a Pedigree, but Jericho put Owens’ foot on the bottom rope. Jericho ran into the ring, causing another distraction and causing the referee to get bumped. Rollins had the match won again with another Pedigree. Rollins fought off Jericho until Stephanie McMahon could send out another referee. As soon as she did, Owens hit a pop-up powerbomb to retain the championship.
