Here Are The Complete NXT Taping Spoilers For February 1, 2018

On Thursday night, the Yellow Brand held its latest batch of television tapings, and this time they recorded the episodes at the legendary Center Stage in Atlanta. Please be aware that everything you read in the subsequent paragraphs is an actual, massive, legitimate spoiler for what will happen over the next several weeks of NXT television. You may read on only at your own risk. But if you’re the sort of person who just simply cannot wait until next week to find out what happens next, congratulations! This post is for you!

Again, this installment of the spoilers is extra spoilery thanks to a massive storyline development for the next several episodes. You’ve been warned! Thanks to our own Robby Kalland for providing the detailed spoilers from inside the building.

Results from the February 1, 2018 tapings:

Street Profits defeated Fabian Aichner and Raul Mendoza. This was a dark match that the Profits won via pinfall.

— Undisputed Era came to the ring to defend their tag titles, but SAnitY appeared and a brawl commenced. William Regal put a stop to the fracas and announced there would be a six-man tornado tag team match between the two factions.

1. Heavy Machinery defeated Tino Sabatelli and Riddick Moss. Dozovic got the pin on Sabatelli after Heavy Machinery hit the Compactor.

— Johnny Gargano came to the ring to cut a promo, but was interrupted by Andrade “Cien” Almas and Zelina Vega. Candice LeRae appeared to confront Vega, and after some arguing and scuffling, they set up a Loser Leaves NXT match for Almas’ NXT Championship.

2. Bianca Belair defeated local talent. Belair won via pinfall after hitting her fallaway powerbomb.

3. Six-Man Tornado Tag Team Match: SAnitY defeated the Undisputed Era. Killian Dain pinned Bobby Fish with the Ulster Plantation.

4. TM61 defeated John Skyler and another local talent. TM61 hit Thunder Valley for the pin.

5. United Kingdom Championship Match: Pete Dunne defeated Roderick Strong. Dunne retained via pinfall after hitting the Bitter End.

— Aleister Black cut a promo saying he wants a title shot. Kilian Dain interrupted, saying he also wants a championship opportunity, and that Black will have to go through him first.

6. NXT Women’s Championship Match: Shayna Baszler defeated Ember Moon (c). Baszler won by disqualification when Kairi Sane interfered and hit her with the diving elbow, so Moon retained her title. After the match, Sane continued the attack and speared Baszler in the ring.

7. Velveteen Dream defeated No Way Jose. Dream won via pinfall with the Purple Rainmaker elbow drop.

8. Nikki Cross defeated Vanessa Borne. Cross hit a swinging neckbreaker and got the pin.

9. Forgotten Sons (Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake) defeated Elijah Evans and another local talent. The Forgotten sons hit an inverted DDT/top rope stomp combo for the pin. pinfall. After the match, the Forgotten Sons cut a promo announcing that they’re entering the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

10. Loser Leaves NXT Championship Match: Andrade “Cien” Almas (c) defeated Johnny Gargano. The referee was knocked out after Gargano dodged a spinning elbow. While the ref was out, Gargano locked in the Gargano Escape, but Tommaso Ciampa appeared and hit Gargano with a crutch. Almas hit the hammerlock DDT while the referee regained consciousness and got the pin.

— After the match, Tommaso Ciampa laughed at Gargano from the crowd. William Regal appeared to hug Gargano and raise his hand. Gargano got the microphone and thanked the NXT crowd for everything, then went into the crowd for one final curtain call.
