The New Day Are Officially The Longest-Reigning WWE Tag Team Champions

Everybody grab your unicorn horns and start channeling the power of positivity, it’s time to Bellabrate! As of July 20, WWE-favorites The New Day are officially the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time:

Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods freebirded their way past previous record holders Brian Kendrick and Paul London, who held the titles for 331 days.

The trio made their official debut as ‘The New Day’ back in November of 2014. Though they got off to a rough start with a wonky (and arguably pretty racist) gimmick through no fault of their own, the three Superstars turned lemons into into hip-swiveling gold, winning over the WWE Universe with increasingly hilarious antics and seemingly less and less f*cks given as time went on.

The New Day picked up the tag titles with a win over Cesaro and Tyson Kidd at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view in 2015. Back in June, they passed the record for longest combined title reign. With this newly surpassed record, the stable solidifies their position as one of the greatest WWE tag teams of all time.

Now let’s all take a moment to relive this career highlight in all of its glory, because seriously:
