The Undertaker Has Been Pulled From All Upcoming WWE Events

WWE’s WrestleMania Revenge Tour of the United Kingdom begins this Saturday in Birmingham, England, but one legendary member of the roster won’t be there. The Undertaker was pulled from a handful of events over the weekend, and as of Monday afternoon was removed from all announced UK shows.

Following WrestleMania 32 on April 3, rumors began to circulate that Taker was considering his Hell in a Cell match with Shane McMahon at the event would be his last. Of course, these rumors have popped up after the past few WrestleManias, and the stipulation of the match said that if Undertaker lost, it would have to be his final WrestleMania. So why set up that stipulation, have him win, and still have it be his final match at Mania?

If you’re attending the event and were looking forward to seeing The Undertaker, you’re getting Kane instead. Kane will replace Taker on all shows, which isn’t the same, but is at least keeping it in the kayfabe family. The WrestleMania Revenge Tour begins April 16 in Birmingham, continues throughout the week with Raw and Smackdown taping at the O2 Arena in London, England, and ends in Glasgow, Scotland, on the following Saturday, April 23.
