The Bella Twins Competed With MMA Fighters On Celebrity Family Feud

There have been many instances of pro wrestlers and MMA fighters clashing throughout the decades — from Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 35, to Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena at Extreme Rules 2012, to Rickson Gracie vs. Nobuhiko Takada in the main event of Pride 1 — but none quite like what went down between the Bella Twins and a group of MMA all-stars this Sunday. That’s because this battle took place in the world of Celebrity Family Feud, the version of the popular game show in which the teams compete for money that goes to charity rather than themselves.

On Sunday’s episode, the team of Ryan Bader, Randy Couture, Chuck Liddell, Ilima-Lei Macfarlane, and Tyron Woodley made up Team MMA. Team Bella was comprised of twin sisters Nikki and Brie, their brother JJ Garcia, his wife Lauren, and their mom, Kathy Laurinaitis. Sadly, Johnny Ace did not bring People Power to the program and Daniel Bryan wasn’t there either, though both men helped their family members train for the show beforehand.

It turns out the retired WWE Superstars aren’t just good at brand-building and being reality TV personalities; they’re also far from slouches at Family Feud. As you might be able to guess from the video clips above, Team Bella ultimately (spoiler alert) won the episode, and $25,000 for The V Foundation and Connor’s Cure.
