Coincidence? Karma? On Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys lost to the Green Bay Packers in large part because of the Calvin Johnson rule, a rule created after the Detroit Lions WR failed to complete the process on an obvious touchdown catch four years ago.
But nobody’s feeling bad for the Cowboys, least of all the Detroit Lions, who suffered a similar, albeit more frustrating call from officials a week earlier.
Several of them went on Twitter to voice their opinion.
Offensive tackle Corey Hilliard
Poetic Justice. Sorry Cowboys fans, but this is hilarious.

Running back Reggie Bush let someone else do the talking for him before RTing
@ReggieBush Lions fans call that "the Calvin rule". Terrible rule, but poetic justice, IMO.

Needless to say, there’s no love lost between these two teams.
