The soulful track “The Devil Is A Lie” reunites frequent collaborators Rick Ross and Jay Z – who killed it on “F**kWithMeYouKnowIGotIt” off Hova”s “Magna Carta Holy Grail” – but only one of them shows up for the song”s new video. Watch it below.
Maybe Ross was in a rush to continue pushing his sixth album, “Mastermind,” which is currently No. 3 on the Billboard 200, or perhaps these two moguls couldn”t line up their schedules, but whatever the reason, Jay Z is missing from the video as is about half the song. What the 2:22 clip does give us is shots of Rozay hanging with a Rolls Royce and a garbage fire, and later, some translations of the lyrics into Arabic, Chinese and Spanish.
