When season one of El Rey Network’s Lucha Underground ended, we weren’t sure a second season was going to exist. After almost six months of not knowing whether or not we’d get to see another episode of the best wrestling show on television, season 2 finally premiered. Now only a week after the season 2 Ultima Lucha Dos finale, we’ve got confirmation on when the first episode of season 3 will air, and here’s the good news: it’s only a little more than a month away.

That means we won’t have to wait very long to find out (spoilers, obviously) how Dario Cueto gets out of jail, who that mysterious smoking threatening devil guy in the limo was, what Lorenzo Lamas is up to, how undercover police officers Joey Ryan and Cortez Castro deal with the death of Mr. Cisco, how Prince Puma handles his loss to Rey Mysterio, or how quickly Sexy Star plans to cash in her newly-won Gift of the Gods Championship.
