Kodak Black is currently sitting behind bars for violating the terms of his probation in Florida and it seems like his legal woes might become even stickier based on these new allegations. According to the Sun-Sentinel, Kodak stands accused of punching and kicking a woman in a Miami strip club.
Apparently the accuser, who was employed as a bartender at the South Florida establishment, was working at around 3 am on February 2, when according to the police report, Kodak, “approached her and started acting belligerent.” The woman tried to tell Kodak to back off, and that’s when he allegedly, “hit her in the forehead with his right arm” and “began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after.” She continued working after this incident and later filed a report with police.
No charges have been filed yet against Kodak for this latest incident, but according to the accuser’s attorney, “What I can tell you is that there was an altercation that ended in my client being assaulted.” Adding, that her injuries were “physical in nature that resulted in medical treatment.”
Even as he faces these new accusations and remains incarcerated in Florida for violating his probation, Kodak’s legal problems don’t end there. He’s still facing charges of criminal sexual conduct in the state of South Carolina, stemming from an incident where allegedly assaulted a female fan in a hotel room in Florence, S.C., while in town to play a show last year. That charge carries a maximum sentence of 30 years.
