The picture above is missing a few things. One, Mark Zuckerberg always rubs his face with a crisp hundred dollar bill when he’s thinking. Second, it’s missing the noose around his neck. I say that because Iran is after him for all that privacy, WhatsApp business we mentioned a week or so back. From Vice:
An Iranian judge has ordered Mark Zuckerberg to appear in court and answer complaints about Instagram and Whatsapp, which Facebook owns. The move, while unlikely to succeed, highlights the split in attitudes between Iran’s moderate president, Hassan Rouhani, and hardliners elsewhere in the country’s administration.
An Iranian official told the state-affiliated ISNA news agency, that a judge had also ordered the two applications be blocked after people claimed they violated their privacy, Reuters reported. “According to the court’s ruling, the Zionist director of the company of Facebook, or his official attorney, must appear in court to defend himself and pay for possible losses,” the official reportedly said, referencing Zuckerberg’s Jewish ancestry.
Now the chances of anything actually happening to Zuck are slim and none. Vice notes that unless he takes a trip to Iran or foolishly adheres to the order, he should be safe from any legal wrongdoing.
Nothing against Iran personally, but it’s a warning sign when you’re hanging people from construction equipment in the middle of the street. I wouldn’t even want to jaywalk in Tehran, so I can’t imagine what they’d do our pal Zuckerberg. Alarm bells also start to go off when they start calling you a Zionist.
