The Philadelphia Phillies are likely not going to be a very good baseball team. So if you’re going to the ballpark this year, chances are you’re going to be witnessing a not-very-good baseball team lose a game. It won’t be for naught; you can still have lots of fun stuffing your face and also drinking which is pretty much what going to a baseball game is all about in the first place.
The Phillies are serving a 2,200-calorie, nine-patty burger from Wayback Burgers this year. This is a normal, every day menu item at Wayback Burgers locations if you’re every really hungry and aren’t in Philadelphia for a game.
A thing you won’t be hearing people say when they order one of these is “Let’s Eat Two,” (baseball joke). It is important that Phillies fans fuel up though, as they decided to start serving hard liquor and wine this year in what is certain to be completely fine and cause no problems whatsoever in always-reasoned Philadelphia with a not-very-good baseball team.
Eat a giant burger, drink lots of wine and watch the Phillies play. You know, now that I typed that all out, I’d still go do that.
