Ah, Airbnb: that 21st century invention that allows you to find an affordable and comfortable place to crash in a city, and not resort to the creepiness that is Craigslist. Stefan Grant, commonly known as STEFisDOPE, and four other friends are currently renting out a place in Decatur, Georgia, for the annual A3C Music Festival. Well, looks like their next door neighbors thought (read: assumed) they were robbers, and called the cops on them.
In a string of tweets Grant chronicled the entire situation: from getting to their destination and taking Instagram worthy pictures of the inside, to the cops entering and leaving the place (and even participating in a group selfie).

Grant took the experience in stride and even enjoyed a much needed smoke break after everything.

Since the event, Grant spoke to Slate about everything that happened and said that, “It wasn’t totally unexpected. We’re black kids in this Leave it to Beaver neighborhood, you know?” Most importantly, Grant and his friends are okay (although it sucks that one of his boys was in the shower when everything happened).
This happened while I was taking a shower lmao funniest shit ever https://t.co/Aru6e7cTfg
